Studio News (Summer 2008)
A busy summer ahead!!
I began 2008 with a rush of commissions for private and corporate customers. The Welsh National Water Sports Centre at Plas Menai have ordered several works to be part of a re-vamped public entrance area, the work will represent the diverse range of activities they have on offer done in a semi abstract style on large canvases.

A new design has been completed to represent the vibrancy of the Llangollen International Music Festival in the summer, an exclusive run of 100 limited edition prints are in production ready to be sold during the event from our stand in the Wales Crafts Council display section on the grounds. Several pieces have been entered for the art competition at the National Eisteddfod in Cardiff this year and for the Museum of Modern Art summer contemporary art exhibition in mid Wales. Finally interest has been expressed by the principal of Trinity College Carmarthen fro a work related to the famous college. The gallery has doubled in area this spring with the opening of the loft gallery which is devoted to original work with the studio gallery displaying originals and prints.
Studio News (Winter 2007- 2008)
Success again in Art Ireland Exhibition In mid November 35 original pieces of artwork were exhibited in the huge art show in Dublin for 3 days at the showground, 180 professional artists and galleries exhibited. Mainly were from Ireland and london but there were two flying the flag for wales this year. The art market in Ireland is buzzing at the moment with all kinds of people seeing the value of investing in original contemporary art, and showing huge interest in the work from the studio which was very encouraging. Autumn 2008 is already being planned so many new pieces are being thought out now for next years show. These images show the stand and some interested visitors.
