You will be downloading an executable file (.exe), which is a compilation of images in a 3D world. Save it to you desktop and you will be able to access it at anytime. The file is about 5mb in size, so it may take a while to download on a dial-up connection.
A good graphics card is needed, but most machines built in the last 2 years should be able to handle the 3D graphics without any problem.
