If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.
Returns procedure
- Email apsouthall@talk21.com quoting your order number and reason for the return.
- As soon as we receive your email or notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
- Once
we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required.
Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.
Please Note:
- Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging.
